ONTARIO's SUB-SURFACE CROSS-SECTION PLOTS

The sub-surface cross-sections are generated using geophysical (mechanical) logs. Geophysical logs are know in this industry to be very reliable indicators of geological formations and physical anomalies with-in.

The Library is now in position to digitize any number of geophysical logs and construct cross-section plots depicting multiple drill bore profiles. Each well is then connected by the corresponding geological formation to give a remarkable view of the rock structure(s) beneath the surface.
